Abstract
The shoulder joint has a multi-joint structure that provides the largest range of motion of any joint in the human body. However, the shoulder complex has very unstable and relatively little support. Therefore, shoulder is likely to be injured in muscles, ligaments, nerves and joint capsules. The shoulder pain of the older people tends to be caused by sacopenia, which makes shoulder muscle to be on the strain. The shoulder muscle strain induces pressure on nerve that modulates shoulder muscles. This paper provides tips and exercises such as Dive Bomber, Hindu Pushup, Doorframe Bar Exercise and Bentover Lateral Raise. These tips and exercises can help to prevent sacopenia, and to develope rotator cuff muscles, and to cut vicious cycle between shoulder muscles and nerves, and to have effect on shoulder pain relief for the older people.
